Guest Comments from the heart! - Each of our Eureka Springs Bed and Breakfast Cottages has a journal which you can read during your stay, or from which the following comments were taken. We hope that you will enjoy reading what our guests have to say about us!

We journeyed far, and where we stopped, T'were cottage five, all hewn from rock. Before the so named, Hummingbird, it's keeper greets with kindly word. A pleasant spot to rest the feet, to lay one's frame for blissful sleep. So quaint, the quilts, and cottage walls, bits of peace of mind soon fall. And the bubbly bath, it's near divine, with loving wife, and toasted wine. Then dawns, the morn; a kingly feast, be quenched! Oh culinary beast! Tended blooms, give scent, the wind. Bless the keepers, of this well kept inn, who gave to me, a memoried grin.by Wm. Davis

Sep 13, 2008 My first stay in a bed and breakfast, and was pleasingly surprised!!!! I never want to stay in a hotel again! The breakfasts were definitely gourmet and delicious....there were delicious desserts waiting on our beds after a cleaning was done....wonderful, kind people....beautiful atmosphere!!! Very warm and inviting! I loved as soon as we pulled up! The area was incredibly clean and neat, not a speck of trash anywhere! Beautiful flowers, birds singing, unlike anything I had ever experienced. Won't stay anywhere else when we go back to Eureka Springs!

Sep 8, 2008 I cannot say enough about our stay at Rock Cottage Gardens in Eureka Springs. When I saw their website, I knew it was the place for my husband and I to spend a nice weekend before we got back to the hustle and bustle of school and work for the year. This was our first stay at a B&B, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Mike and Debbie were great hosts, and it is obvious they are made to be B&B owners. Debbie's 3-course breakfasts are absolutely delicious. The cottages are adorable, and have anything you could possibly need supplied. The grounds are beautiful, and all of the hard work Mike puts into them shows in all the flowers and vegetation. I look forward to visiting Rock Cottage Gardens again in the future.

Sep 3, 2008 The innkeepers, Mike & Debbie, are such "real" people - I honestly felt like I was in my own home when entering one of their unique cottages - so refreshing and immaculate and "homey". When we arrived we were brought fresh cookies from the oven that were to die for. Also, anything you could possibly need or want was there for you. AND, breakfast was an unbelievable treat - a 3 course gourmet delight. The other guests (some were returning from previous stays) were as thrilled as we were to have found such a warm and friendly atmosphere to reside. I am looking for an excuse to return soon. And I LOVE Mike and Debbie - they are the best!

Sep 2, 2008 We have stayed at this property for almost twenty years and love it. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming and the breakfast is the best in Eureka Springs. Mike and Debbie are wonderful hosts and do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This is the only place in Eureka we will stay and we look forward to our next Rock Cottage Gardens experience. We recommend it highly.

Sep 2, 2008 My husband and I had never been to Eureka Springs before, so naturally we went straight to Trip Advisor for advice. RCG was the top rated property, so we tried to book online, only to find that they were sold out for Labor Day Weekend (duh!). We called Mike at the property directly and he was able to get us one night. We came in on Friday afternoon and checked in before leaving to explore the town. We were so impressed with the cottage. It was very classy and luxurious and the grounds were so well taken care of. We talked to Mike and Debbie and got recommendations for lunch and dinner (Local Flavor and Ermilios- great choices). I am not sure which we liked better: the kind welcome from Mike and Debbie, the beautiful cottage in a great location, or the delicious meal on the deck the next morning. We will be back.

Aug 27, 2008 This is a perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for a more special wedding. We found them by accident. What a wonderful surprise!! We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Eureka. I have stayed at several other places and this is by far the best. Debbie and Mike make you feel at home. We have adopted them as our new friends. Debbie's breakfast's are out of this world. Their hospitality is expeptional. We give them two thumbs up and a five star rating.

Aug 23, 2008 My new husband and I were married on July 19, 2008. We wanted a honeymoon that would allow us to enjoy each other and our surrounding without spending an extravagant amount of money. We stayed in the Rose Garden Cottage at Rock Cottage Gardens in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The cottage was spotlessly clean and inviting with a comfortable bed for two. We soaked in the spacious hot tub inside our cottage both nights that we were there. The cottage was beautifully decorated. The food that Debbie made was great both mornings we stayed. It tasted amazing and gave us energy to start our day. Mike and Debbie, the innkeepers, were so kind and welcoming. We were only able to stay for two days, but we wished we could stay longer. It was a wonderful experience and an unforgettable honeymoon.

Aug 22, 2008 We stumbled on Rock Garden Cottages quite by accident while trying to find a place to stay in Eureka Springs. We wanted someplace very special to celebrate our new life together, having been married just a few days before. When we saw this place, we both said at the same time "This is it!". The beauty & peace we experienced was awesome. It is beautifully landscaped, yet it looks like nature just made it that way. ..it was the most peaceful place we had ever been.

Food was excellent and we were quite complimentary of the chef...or chef-ess!! There is a gorgeous wedding chapel on-site..a great place for a wedding!!. Best of all is the lovely couple who own this place...they honestly are as special as the scenery. Their love for one another and this place is evident...you can easily see the joy in them as they go about doing all it takes to keep this kind of place in business.
WE WILL GO BACK ALOT...JOIN US...YOU'LL LOVE IT!!
(great jacuzzis and very comfortable beds)

Aug 18, 2008 I cannot say enough about this place!! Mike and Debbie are awesome! We did not want for anything!! There were even matches in the room for the candle to light for the jacuzzi tub experiences. We were going to eat Friday night and Debbie was nervous we would not get sitted because they close early and she called ahead and made reservations for us and we didn't even ask!! Now that is customer service,. Our ceremony was completely perfect. Mike spoke with elequence and every word was true to our relationship. The breakfast was something out of a magazine only you get to taste it....lol!! The rooms are emaculent! Towels, robes, slippers, bedding.....all luxury! Mike and Debbie are the perfect hosts and you feel like you are at home with these wonderful people doing nice things for you. Go there enjoy the relaxation, the romance, the service, the wonderful grounds, the jacuzzi tub, and most of all the people! I posted pictures that only give you a little glimpse but were our experience.

Aug 18, 2008 We took a short trip through Eureka Springs in June and noticed the Rock Cottages. We stopped to look and get information. When we got home we called to book a room for August. This was our first B&B experience and it was fanatastic. Deb and Mike were fun and gracious. The cottage more than I had expected and I am hard to please when it comes to lodging. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing thanks to Mike's hard work, the man never stops. The food was superb. Best breakfast I've ever had. Deb needs her own show on the Food Channel. Seriously the whole package is just FUN. Thanks for a really good time, We'll be back.

Aug 16, 2008 We are return visitors of this unique bed and breakfast due to the friendly, family atmosphere, beautiful gardens and delicious food that is served by hosts, Mike and Debbie . They recommended the best restaurants, shows, things to see, and a wonderful tour of the city. If you enjoy peaceful, c lean cottages with many amenities and treated like being with your best friends, this is the place to stay.

Aug 15, 2008 My daughter and I stayed for a little mother/daughter vacation. Neither of us had been to Eureka Springs and were blessed to pick the perfect place. In fact, I asked my daughter if she'd like to try other lodging when we come back and she quickly said no. We felt so comfortable at Rock Cottage Gardens that when we left I felt like they had been long time friends. And the breakfasts were FABULOUS!!!!

Aug 14, 2008 Rock Cottage Gardens is a fantastic B&B option in quaint Eureka Springs. The owners are gracious and think of everything you might need. Breakfast is fabulous....no need for lunch they feed you so well. The cottage was beautiful and well-appointed. Tons of amenities..home-baked cookies and spa towels and robes. You get privacy in your own cabin yet you feel part of the family. Our last morning it was raining. We had no umbrellas but of course Mike had two ready for us outside so we wouldn't get wet walking to breakfast. Mike and Debbie are kind, sincere, and clearly love what they do! The gardens are beautiful and relaxing. We will be back for sure. In a word....FABULOUS.

Aug 12, 2008 My wife and I shared our 39th anniversary at the Rock Cottage Gardens. I requested the owners to help make this a special event for my wife. Mike and Debbie were awesome! They worked with me and made this event the most special time for my wife and me. They looked after every detail and made us feel as if we were old friends who had known each other for ever.

The cottages were beautiful with no detail overlooked. The gardens surrounding the cottages were a delight to my wife and me since we love the garden atmosphere. The breakfast time was amazing with awesome food that we and the other guests were just amazed with the quality and presentation. The atmosphere was open and friendly and everyone felt at ease.

Mike and Debbie prepared a special time for renewal of our wedding vows which was beautiful and very special.

We highly recommend the Rock Cottage Gardens and will return again and again to enjoy the experience!

Jul 7, 2008 Mike and Debbie were the best of hosts. Debbie is a spectacular cook and Mike quite the gardener.
